These FAQs are based on questions I’ve received from customers over the years. While I have tried to cover the most common topics, I may not have all the answers. If you don’t find what you are looking for, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Do you offer digital sale of your photographs ?

This website is dedicated to prints and related offerings. I do not sell digital copies of my work. However, for commissioned projects, digital files may be provided as part of the agreement, depending on the terms outlined in the contract..

Do you offer custom prints ?

Yes! I’m happy to work with you on custom sizing if there is an image you love. I’ll personally review the request to ensure the print can be made to your specifications. However, please note that for “Edition of 3” and “Edition of 1” photographs, customization is not available, as these editions are fixed and limited.

How much does shipping cost ?

Shipping is FREE for anywhere in US, including Alaska and Hawaii. For international shipping, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost and the import tax. The prints will ship flat or rolled depending on the printing medium and size.

How long does it take for the prints to be shipped and delivered ?

Once your order is placed, the printing process begins on my end. For all Fine Art Paper prints, orders typically ship within 2 weeks, and delivery within the US usually takes an additional 3–5 business days.

For limited “Edition of 3” and “Edition of 1” prints, the timeline is longer due to the specialized nature of the process. These prints generally take 3–4 weeks to produce, followed by 3–5 days for shipping.

If you have a specific deadline in mind, feel free to reach out. I’ll do my best to accommodate.

What are the warranties and return policies ?

I stand by the quality of my prints and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied with your print, please reach out within 30 days of delivery. Returns are accepted with a 25% restocking fee, and you’ll be responsible for return shipping. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, or a similarly secure, insured package.

If your print arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the artwork. I’ll either arrange a replacement or work with you on a solution.

Is your work copyrighted ?

Yes. All content on this website is protected by copyright laws and international treaties. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of these materials may result in civil or criminal penalties and will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
